THIS RECIPE CAME FROM TWO DIFFERENT PLACES: THE DOUGH RECIPE CAME FROM JEAN AT DELIGHTFUL REPASTAND WAS POSTED ON THE CUISINART SITE, AND THE HAND PIE RECIPE IS BY NICOLE HUNN ON GLUTEN FREE ON A SHOESTRING.
Did you make any changes to the recipe?
FOR THE DOUGH RECIPE, I HAD TO ADD A THIRD CUP EXTRA OF SORGHUM FLOUR AND POTATO STARCH BECAUSE THE DOUGH WAS TOO WET. I USED EARTH BALANCE SOY FREE BAKING STICKS INSTEAD OF BUTTER, AND LEMON JUICE, NOT VINEGAR. IN THE OTHER RECIPE I USED RICE MILK INSTEAD OF CREAM.
