My parents have an amazing backyard overflowing with fruits and veggies. This year they allowed me to pick more than my fair share of fruit. But I had so much that I actually had to figure out what to do with it all before the fruit went bad!
Here are some of the transformations made:
Apples = Gluten Free Apple Cake
Red Plums = Sweet Plum Sorbet
Wild Blackberries = Blackberry Pancakes
*just throw a cup of berries in per cup of dry ingredients

Another good use for all of those apples was this recipe for Caramelized Apple Slow Cooker Oatmeal. So good! We ate it before I could take a picture.
That was that. No more fruit! Honestly, I hope it's a problem I have again in the future!
